Countries unlike but tigers common

A program for Sino-Russian cooperation in tiger and leopard conservation in Primorye, Russia, and Jilin province, China, has been started with the support of WWF.

Vladivostok, October 29, an Agreement on cooperation in conservation of tiger, leopard and their habitats was signed by the two countries. From the Chinese side it was signed by Jilin Forestry Department, from Russia – Hunting Department of Primorskii Province, Federal Service for Natural Resources Exploitation, and Special Inspection “Tiger”.
