New Cuttings Started in Tayozhnyi Wildlife Refuge
03 december 2007
WWF raises alarm: Primorye loggers intruded into Tayozhnyi wildlife refuge. They select best trees thus destroying the Amur tiger habitat and depriving wild ungulates of forage.
Based on the facts, WWF Russia demands from Forestry Agency of Primorskii Province to conduct full examination of logging sites and expertise validity of prescribing intermediate cutting in Tayozhnyi.
