Stable status of tiger and leopard population depends on the wise approach in hunting management.

WWF-Russia supports the position of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology on economic stimulation for hunting users in the south Far East for sustainable hunting management within tiger and leopard habitat.
Yury Trutnev, the minister of natural resources and ecology obliged the profile ministers to elaborate the issue on lowering the payment rates per the unit of square of hunting leases in some of the Far Eastern regions.
